About Scopeout

AI made shipping fast. We are here for the other half.

Knowing what to ship, proving it worked, and keeping the record. Scopeout is the control center for a digital product: one canvas where AI operators run the loop and your team directs it.

Why we started

Building products got faster twice. First tooling, then AI coding agents that turn a sentence into a feature in an afternoon. The bottleneck moved. Teams can build anything; they still guess what to build, ship without proof, and lose the reasoning in a chat thread.

The problem was never build speed

Research lives in one tool, designs in another, tickets in a third, numbers in a fourth. Six weeks from question to fix, and nobody checks whether it worked.

So we built the loop, not another step

Monitor, Research, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, Publish, Improve: eight operators on one canvas, each handing its work to the next with the context attached.

With your team directing it

Every step has an autonomy dial and an approver. It runs on its own where you let it, checks in where you want it, and writes down what happened either way.

The record is the product

Problem, evidence, decision, approver, outcome. Written as the work happens, so the next decision starts from what you already know.
