Find the leak. Fix it. Prove it.
Every funnel step is watched against its own baseline. When one drops, the canvas finds out why, proposes ranked fixes and tests the winner.
From a drop in the numbers to a shipped fix
One prompt runs the whole loop: evidence, causes, hypothesis, variant, test. Your team approves each step.
Catch the drop the day it happens
Monitor watches every step and segment around the clock and flags anything outside its band.
Get the why, with citations
Research pulls replays, tickets and analytics into one brief. Every claim links back to its source.
Test the fix, promote the winner
Design and Build turn the top hypothesis into a variant behind a flag. Test promotes it once it clears your bar.
The same loop, your metrics.
The method does not change by business model. The evidence, the tests and the number that has to move do.
Every funnel step against its baseline, releases correlated.
Cart abandonment by step and device, checkout fixes tested on conversion and AOV.
Onboarding screens and permission prompts, watched per app version.
Listing views to enquiries to completed bookings, per category.
Built for funnel work
Ranked hypotheses
Findings land as blocks with impact and effort scored, so the team argues about the ranking, not the data.
Variants on your design system
Fixes are drawn with your components, sized to content, ready to review inline.
Guardrails on every test
Sequential stopping rules and guardrail metrics. Nothing ships on a lucky day.
A record of every run
Problem, evidence, decision, approver, outcome. The next drop starts from what worked last time.
Start from a prompt.
“Mobile checkout conversion dropped 6% at the address step. Find out why and propose ranked fixes.”
Run this when my batch opens →“Compare the signup funnel for iOS and Android over the last 30 days and explain the gap.”
Run this when my batch opens →“Watch the pricing page to checkout funnel and tell me when any step moves more than 3%.”
Run this when my batch opens →Questions, answered.
What does Scopeout need to watch a funnel?
An analytics connection (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude) or event data from your warehouse. Session replays and support tickets make the research richer but are optional.
Does it ship changes on its own?
No. Build opens a pull request behind a flag; Test promotes only past the significance and guardrail gates you set. Autonomy is a dial per step.
How is this different from an analytics dashboard?
A dashboard shows the drop. Scopeout explains it, proposes the fix, tests it and records what happened, on one canvas.
Stop running the business. Start directing it.
