Scopeout for funnel optimization

Find the leak. Fix it. Prove it.

Every funnel step is watched against its own baseline. When one drops, the canvas finds out why, proposes ranked fixes and tests the winner.

From a drop in the numbers to a shipped fix

One prompt runs the whole loop: evidence, causes, hypothesis, variant, test. Your team approves each step.

Catch the drop the day it happens

Monitor watches every step and segment around the clock and flags anything outside its band.

Get the why, with citations

Research pulls replays, tickets and analytics into one brief. Every claim links back to its source.

Test the fix, promote the winner

Design and Build turn the top hypothesis into a variant behind a flag. Test promotes it once it clears your bar.

The same loop, your metrics.

The method does not change by business model. The evidence, the tests and the number that has to move do.

Questions, answered.

What does Scopeout need to watch a funnel?

An analytics connection (GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude) or event data from your warehouse. Session replays and support tickets make the research richer but are optional.

Does it ship changes on its own?

No. Build opens a pull request behind a flag; Test promotes only past the significance and guardrail gates you set. Autonomy is a dial per step.

How is this different from an analytics dashboard?

A dashboard shows the drop. Scopeout explains it, proposes the fix, tests it and records what happened, on one canvas.

Stop running the business. Start directing it.
