Who we are
Scopeout (“Scopeout”, “we”, “us”) makes a canvas where AI runs the work of finding what costs a digital product revenue, testing fixes and shipping what wins, with your team approving each call. These terms are between you and Scopeout.
The private beta
Scopeout is in private beta. We onboard teams in small batches, so joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, and we may change, pause or end the beta at any time.
Beta features can change without notice and may not always be available. Please do not rely on the beta for anything you cannot afford to have interrupted.
Your account and your team
You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping your sign-in secure. Roles decide who can approve tests, merges and rollouts; you choose those roles.
Acceptable use
Use Scopeout for products you own or are authorised to work on. Do not:
- point the browser agent at sites you are not allowed to test
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service
- upload content you do not have the right to share
- use Scopeout to build anything unlawful or harmful
Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to run Scopeout for your product, and we never use it to train models for other customers. How we handle it is set out in our Privacy policy.
You stay in control
Scopeout proposes; your team decides. Nothing reaches your users without a flag, a guardrail and a person. Pull requests go to your repository for your engineers to review and merge. You are responsible for the changes you approve and ship.
About AI output
Scopeout uses AI to read evidence, write hypotheses, draw designs and write code. AI can be wrong. Findings come with their evidence and fixes are tested before they ship, but please review what you approve.
Connected tools
When you connect analytics, design, code or support tools, you authorise Scopeout to read and, where you allow it, write to them on your behalf. Their own terms still apply, and you can disconnect any tool at any time.
Ownership
You own your product, your data and the work Scopeout produces for you, including designs, code and decision records. We own the Scopeout service, brand and website.
Fees
Trying Scopeout is free during the beta, with no credit card. Paid plans, when they start, will be agreed with you in writing before you are charged.
Warranties and liability
The beta is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
Ending use
You can stop using Scopeout at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and other customers.
Changes to these terms
We will update this page when the terms change and change the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will tell beta teams by email first.
